SMS Reports

The SMS reports provide the details of the performance of the SMS broadcasts. For each broadcast, you get to know the number of SMS sent, how many have been delivered and clicked, the number that could not be delivered due to NDNC.

The report can be downloaded to the registered email address.

Smartech provides Tagwise, Templatewise, SenderID Wise, and Channelwise reports. You can access the reports from Analytics > Reports > SMS.
