Using STO

Send Time Optimisation is an ML-based campaign. Based on the user's historical behavior and data, Netcore CE will predict and send at the preferred open time for a user, resulting in better open rates. These campaigns will be executed within 24 hours.

Note

• Predictable count is the count of users to whom the STO algorithm predicts STO.
• Control Group users and unpredictable users will receive this campaign at Default Date & Time
• End time will be automatically calculated 24 hours from start time

The STO output will be visible in the email stats section.
