Q. What if the Active Users count is higher than the App Launch count?

A. This is expected behavior. The Active Users count represents the unique users who triggered either the First App Launch or the App Launch event. In contrast, the App Launch count reflects the total number of app launches, including multiple launches by the same user. Since one user can launch the app multiple times, these numbers may not always match.
