Prerequisites

• Ensure you have a Yellow.ai account.
• Ensure you have access to your Yellow.ai account APIs.
• You can access them from your Yellow.ai dashboard by navigating to Overview > Configure > API keys.

Integrate Yellow.AI in Netcore

To configure a Sender from Yellow.ai on the Netcore Dashboard follow the steps given below:

1. Log in to the Netcore CE dashboard and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
2. Select Whatsapp under the Communications section. The Integration modal appears.
3. Select Add Integration.
4. Enter the Connection Name.
5. Under Sender Configuration, search for Yellow.AI.
6. Click Activate after entering the connection name and entering the following details:
   1. Sender Name
   2. WhatsApp Business Number
   3. API URL
   4. Authentication
   5. Delivery Tracking
7. The active connection will be visible in the Connected Tab.

Configuration on the Yellow.AI platform:

1. Go to the Yellow.ai platform's integrations page.
2. Copy the URL for PostBack
3. Enable the Postback URL along with the API for Notification Engine.
4. Navigate to Engagement > Preferences
5. Enable both the Postback URL and Notification Engine API.
6. Paste the Postback URL copied from the previous step
7. Click Save to confirm.
