Add or Modify Email and Mobile Information for Data Export Requests
Learn to update email and mobile information for data export requests.
Overview
You can implement data export by following the Netcore CE dashboard steps mentioned in this document. The export process steps help the Admin manage the contact details from the dashboard itself.
To protect the campaign's detailed reports, add email IDs and contact numbers and enable password protection. This allows access only to the registered users.

Add or Modify Email or Mobile Information
Follow these steps to modify information:

Click Profile on the dashboard homepage.

Select Account Configuration and navigate to Add or Modify Email and Mobile Information for Data Export Requests section.
Registration Guidelines for Contact Details
- Name: You can add a maximum of three names.
- Email ID: You can add up to nine email IDs per name, separated by commas.
- Mobile/Alternate no./Phone: You can register a maximum of nine contact numbers per entry.
- Refer to the table below for details on the available sections.
Column Name | Description |

Name | You can add a maximum of three names. |
Email ID | You can add comma-separated values if there are three Email IDs. As per data security policy, only corporate email IDs can be registered in any Netcore CE dashboard. |
Mobile/Alternate no./Phone | You can only add a maximum of nine contact numbers: three mobile, three alternate, and three phone numbers. |
- Click Save to update the details.
Enable Password Protection
To allow access only to the registered number for your campaign detailed report, Enable password protection, navigate to Password protection for Detailed reports>Enable>Save. Refer to the Frequently Asked Questions.
Resend Password
To resend the password, go to Reports Password > Resend Password > Select Mobile No. > Click Resend. The password is sent to the updated mobile number. Refer here to update your mobile number.
Reset Password
To reset the password, navigate to Reports Password>Reset Password>Select Mobile No.and click Reset. This sends a new password to the registered mobile number.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q. Why am I not receiving data export files in my email or mobile number?
A. Only Admin have the permissions to:
- Add or remove email and mobile information for export requests.
- Reset or resend passwords for accessing detailed reports.
If you encounter an error message stating You are not authorized to view this page it indicates that your admin user has not assigned you sufficient roles. Refer to the Frequently Asked Questions.
