Zalo Notification Service (ZNS) allows you to send notifications to customers using pre-approved templates. These templates can include text, placeholders, accented characters, and rich formatting elements such as tables, images, and call-to-action (CTA) buttons.
Template Limitations:
- ZNS templates support a maximum of 400 characters.
