Overview

Node Duplication in Journeys lets you create complex journeys by duplicating existing nodes. This is useful for nodes requiring extensive personalization and context, such as Email, APN, WPN, and WhatsApp. All properties of the original node are inherited by the duplicated node.

The following nodes are supported:

• Email
• APN
• WPN
• SMS
• RCS
• WhatsApp
• Viber
• Zalo
• Has done event
• Wait for event

Unsupported Nodes

The unsupported nodes include Voice, Update attribute, Check attribute, Remove from journey, Trigger, Nudges,Webhook, Split Action, Reachable Channel, and Preferred Channel nodes.

Duplicate Nodes

1. Log in to the Netcore CE dashboard.
2. Navigate to Engage > Journey to create a Journey.
3. Hover over the node that you wish to duplicate in your journey.
4. Click to duplicate the node.
5. Configure the duplicated node (if required) and click on Save.
