Prerequisites
- Ensure you have admin access to your LeadSquared account.
- Ensure you have your LeadSquared API Keys.
- A common identifier between Netcore and LeadSquared. It is recommended that you map your users across two platforms.
Integrate LeadSquared in Netcore
Follow these steps to integrate LeadSquared into your Netcore CE dashboard.
- Get the API Access Keys for your LeadSquared Account. This will be available in the API WebHooks section
Note the API Access Key and Secret Key, which you must use to configure the payload when configuring the CE Dashboard. - Log in to the Netcore CE dashboard and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Select LeadSquared under the CRM section. The Integration modal appears.
- Select Add Integration.
- Enter the Connection Name.
- Select POST as the method.
Within the request body, specify the details of your activity, such as the Activity Event Code and any additional notes. These activity details are flexible and can be customized according to the LeadSquared API. Refer to the provided example to format your data (payload) and include the required fields.
- Click Activate after following the necessary steps.
