Create WhatsApp Flows
Netcore offers two primary options to help users create WhatsApp Flows:
Option 1: Meta WhatsApp Flows Playground (Self-Service)
The Meta WhatsApp Flows Playground is an official tool provided by Meta that allows businesses and developers to design and test WhatsApp Flows easily. It’s a self-service platform that is beginner-friendly and offers powerful customization options.
This tool makes it simple to create engaging experiences within WhatsApp WITHOUT needing to write complex code.
Users can independently create and test their flows using Meta's official playground.
Follow the steps below to set up your WhatsApp Flow:
- Go to the Meta WhatsApp Flows Playground. Design your flow using the visual tools.
- Preview the flow to ensure everything works as expected. Copy the exported JSON.
- Once the JSON is copied, you can choose either to share it with the Netcore Support team or you can import it directly into the client’s WABA using the Meta Flow creation link:

Option 2: Netcore Support Assistance
If you choose to share it with the Netcore Support team, the team will:
- Design custom flows based on business requirements.
- Review or edit existing flows.
- Import the finalized JSON into their WABA (WhatsApp Business Account).
Additionally, WhatsApp Flows can be created and managed programmatically using the API. This is useful for businesses that want to integrate dynamic or personalized flows directly into their systems or automate the process at scale.
