RCS Onboarding

If the user has a CPaaS Account

Steps:

  1. Reach out to [email protected] /Account manager & get RCS enabled
  2. Share the CPaaS account API key to [email protected] /Account manager to get RCS enabled in CE Journeys

If the user does not have a CPaaS Account

Steps:

  1. Reach out to [email protected]/Account manager and get Bizbond & CPaaS account created - specifying that RCS needs to be enabled
  2. step 1 is successfully done, Share the CPaaS account API key to [email protected] /Account manager to get RCS enabled in CE Journeys

Important Note

  • One CPaaS account can be linked with one CE account
  • In case user has multiple agents/bots live for RCS, separate CPaaS and CE accounts need to be created
  • CPaaS account once integrated cannot be removed/updated
