Q. How can I get help with downloading reports?

A. If you need help with report downloads, the Admin user of your Netcore CE dashboard can assist with the following:

  • Adding your email and mobile number for report downloads.
  • Updating or changing the existing email and mobile number for report downloads.
  • Getting an SMS password to access detailed reports.
  • Resending the SMS password for accessing detailed reports.

Q. What should I do if I have not received the SMS password for my Report?

A. If you have not received the SMS password, the Admin of your Netcore CE dashboard can add or update your email and mobile number for report access. You can also request the Netcore helpdesk team to resend the password to your mobile number.

Q. How do I download the list of unsubscribed users from Netcore?

A. Follow these steps to download the unsubscribe list:

  1. Log in to your Netcore CE account.
  2. Navigate to Audience > Blacklist contacts.
  3. Click Download Contacts.
  4. Select the attributes and the email ID to which you want to receive the Report.

Q. How can I track the status of segment export or report download requests?

A. The Export Logs feature allows you to track the status of your exports. This dashboard allows you to monitor all export activities from the Netcore CE dashboard and track any segments or reports sent to your email.

To access the logs, go to Profile > Export Logs > Campaigns.


Q. How do I disable the report password protection?

A. You can enable or disable password protection for detailed reports, including campaign and journey reports.

To disable report password protection:

  1. Navigate to Profile >Account configuration,
  2. Scroll down to the section where you set email or mobile numbers for password protection.
  3. Click Disable located beside Password protection for Detailed reports.
  4. When disabled, no password will be added to the detailed reports. To enable it, select Enable.

Note

  • Only admin users have access to this option.
  • Existing scheduled reports that are currently running with password protection enabled will need to be rescheduled once the password option is disabled.

A: You can access sample reports for all modules on the Netcore CE dashboard. To view these samples, refer to the following link.

The date format used in reports is standardized across campaigns and journeys: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM, for example, 2024-10-23 13:19:33.


Q. How do I view and analyze email usage reports on the Netcore CE dashboard?
