Integration Overview

Validating the email addresses on your Netcore list or appending demographics with Atdata’s Email Intelligence service is easy. This article covers importing your Netcore list into InstantData for processing and exporting InstantData results back to Netcore.

With this integration, Netcore customers can import their existing lists to the AtData dashboard to validate emails and add demographics, name, postal data, and email activity data.

Prerequisites

• An active Netcore account with administrative privileges.
• An active Atdata account with API access.
• Ensure both platforms are updated to their latest versions.

Import Your Netcore List from AtData

1. Login to your AtData account.
2. Select the Netcore integration from the list on InstantData.
3. Enter your private API key from your Netcore account.
   You can access the Netcore API key by clicking Account > Settings > API Keys > Private API Keys in your Netcore account.
   When creating your Private API Key, please provide Full Access to: Events, List, Profiles, Segments, and Subscriptions.
4. Save the Private API Key and enter the credentials into the AtData pop up box. Then press the green “Save” button to begin importing via API.
   Once done, you can select your list to run through A frtDataom the available lists and click the green Import button at the bottom right.
5. Proceed through the InstantData platform to select which services you’d like to run with InstantData and click the green Start button at the bottom of the page.
   Once the data is done running, you can view the results on the List Overview page and purchase the data you need. Remember, you can either download the results to your computer for offline analysis and segmentation or you can export them directly back into Netcore from InstantData.

Export Your Netcore List from AtData

1. To export your data back into Netcore, click the blue Get Results button at the top right. To see descriptions of each option in the right pane, hover your cursor over the options.
2. You can either select Update List to add InstantData results directly to the list you imported or “New List” to create a new list with the processed contacts plus the added data.
3. If it is an Email Validation, you will see the option to Remove invalid emails.

Note

Enabling this will remove all the emails with a validation status of Invalid so that you no longer send email messages to bad addresses, which, of course, improves your email marketing metrics.

4. After selecting your export options, press the green Continue button at the bottom to complete
