Netcore WhatsApp Integration Via Haptik
Customers now have the capability to trigger WhatsApp messages using the Journeys platform via Haptik.

- Templates accommodate both body and header personalization options.

Things to Note :
- Ensure that the template name matches exactly as created on the Interakt panel.
- Template Name corresponds to name.
- Language corresponds to languageCode.
- Media URL corresponds to header_variable_value.
- Document Name corresponds to fileName.
- Header_1 corresponds to header_variable_value.
- Body_1 corresponds to body_variable_value_1, and Body_2 to Body_10 corresponds to body_variable_value_2 through body_variable_value_10.
- CTA_URL_1 corresponds to button_variable_value.
- The number of key-value pairs currently supported is up to 15.
- Interakt has a rate limit policy of 40 requests per minute, but request can be made to Interkat to increase the limit to 2000.
How to Activate this feature?
Send a mail to [email protected] , with the API key mentioned on the Haptik Panel, meanwhile you also need to update the Webhook on the haptik panel for reporting abilities.
