Netcore WhatsApp Integration Via Haptik

Customers now have the capability to trigger WhatsApp messages using the Journeys platform via Haptik.

This integration enables brands to send WhatsApp messages via Journeys through Haptik (Interakt). By combining Netcore’s triggered messaging with Haptik’s conversational capabilities, you can deliver notifications, transactional updates, alerts, and more.

Send an email to [email protected] , with the API key mentioned on the Haptik Panel. You also need to update the Webhook on the Haptik panel for reporting abilities.

  10. Interakt enforces a rate limit of 40 requests per minute by default. You may request an increase up to 2,000 requests per minute.

  • If message status remains “not delivered”, verify that the opt-in is enabled and template is approved.
  • For missing media/document content, check that the file URL / document name matches what is expected in Interakt and that permissions are properly set.
  • For template variable mismatches (header, body, CTA), check variable names & ordering.
