Q: Can I add a custom font to the Netcore CE dashboard in the Email BEE Editor?

A: Yes, custom fonts can be added to the Email BEE Editor in the CE dashboard.

Here is how it works:

1. Only an admin user can add custom fonts from the Account configuration section.
2. Clients can add free fonts directly. However, if a premium font is purchased, they need to provide the CSS file URL for the font.
3. A fallback font must also be defined if the primary font doesn’t work.
4. A maximum of five custom fonts can be added using this option.

Q: What if a Non-Shopify customer wants to automate the coupon upload process?

A: Currently, automated coupon uploads from FTP are not supported. However, customers can use the coupon distribution feature to manually upload coupons and utilize them in emails across campaigns and journeys.
