App Push Notification Personalization

You can personalize your app push notification message based on customer attributes or activities done by the users.

a)Attribute personalization

For attribute personalization, select from a list of user attributes.

Note

1. Attribute based personalization is available for both broadcast as well as journey campaigns.
2. You can personalize following fields:
   • Title
   • Message
   • Landing page Deeplink/URL
   • Subtitle field
   • Rich media - Image URL
   • Action Buttons

b) Activity personalization

Activity personalization can be done in the App Push part of the Content section, where Raman, our AI engine, can help with activity personalization.

Note

1. Activity based personalization is available for only journey campaigns. It is not available for Broadcast campaigns
2. Payload header is case sensitive
3. You can personalize following fields:
   • Title
   • Message
   • Landing page Deeplink/ URL
   • Subtitle field
   • Rich media - Image URL
   • Action Buttons
