The Journey Email Billing dashboard on the Netcore CE dashboard provides a detailed overview of your email activity in the automated journey. You can view the number of journey emails sent and filter this information by specific periods.

Navigate to Profile > Usage Overview and click View monthly consumption under Journey email. The Journey email billing summary page appears.

User Summary

The metric displayed here for email count is:

Emails Sent: This metric indicates the total number of emails successfully sent from your account via Journey. It provides insight into your email campaign's reach and volume over the selected time frame.

Duration

Select your preferred year from the dropdown, and the data will be displayed monthly for the selected year.

Download Report

For each month, the Download Details option is available on the dashboard. This option allows you to export detailed data as a CSV file.
