Organize and manage your marketing workflows efficiently with Tags in Netcore CE Journeys.
Overview
Tags in Journeys help you organize, categorize, and easily manage your marketing workflows within Netcore CE. They act as simple labels that make it easier to search, filter, and analyze journeys across the platform.
Navigate to Create > Journey > Create New > Enter Journey Details and Add Tags
Add a New Tag
Add tags to categorize your campaign / journey for easy search later. To create a new tag, Select upto: type it in and hit Create new.

Add Tags like Summer Specials, or Monday Blues and filter Journeys basis Tags. From the drop-down, utilise the recently used tags as well, which have been used in Email Campaigns or other parts of Netcore CE.
You can add up to a maximum of five tags.

Other Functionality
Adding tags in Journeys is similar to adding tags in Email Campaigns. It is optional by default. However, it is recommend to use tags consistently, as they significantly improve reporting, billing, and analytics.
- If you want to make tagging mandatory, you can enforce it at the account level. Navigate to Account Configuration > Advanced Features > Automation > Add Tags in Journey and mark this setting as Active.
- Once enabled, users will be required to add at least one tag while creating a journey.
