Q: Why is not data from my web message form being added to the correct list?

A: If data from your web message form is not added to the assigned list, it is likely because the primary key of the panel is not being captured in the form.

To fix this, ensure that the primary key (CUSTOMERID, EMAIL, MOBILE) is included as one of the form fields.
For example, If the primary key is CUSTOMERID, it must be collected as part of the form submission. Only then will the system be able to identify the contact and add the data to the correct list.

This ensures that the contact's identity is recognized and their details are correctly added to the list.

Q: Why are not my web messages showing on the website?

A: If your web messages are not appearing, your website might be blocking certain domains. To fix this, whitelist the following Netcore domains in your content security policy:

This will allow the web messages to display properly.

Q: Why is my web message covering the entire page even though no overlay was added?

A: This issue typically occurs when the web message is displayed in an iframe on your website. To resolve it, ask your web developer to remove any iframe settings from the website code that may be affecting the web message display.

Additionally, if a modal template is selected for the campaign, it will naturally appear at the center of the page by default. If the background of the website is not visible when the web message is shown, this could be the cause.

To clarify the issue, we recommend running a test campaign to confirm the behavior.
