Q: Why are my in-app campaigns not displaying in Test mode, even after setup and testing?
A: If your in-app campaigns are not displaying, particularly after pausing and republishing them in Test mode, the issue may be caused by how contacts are added to the list.
Refer to the given suggestions if you encounter this issue:
- Add contacts to the list via CSV upload instead of adding them individually.
- Re-test the in-app campaign after the CSV upload.
Q: Is SDK update required to use the templates created through UCE In-app?
A: SDK upgrade to 3.6.0 or above is only required if you want to use personalization or custom-sized templates. For example, the sticky header in SDKs below 3.6.0 is fixed at 20% of screen height, but from 3.6.0 and above, we have removed this limitation. So, if you create a larger template that exceeds 20% of the screen height, it will be displayed completely and not scroll within the predefined space.
