Account Configuration
Account Configuration includes the domain and other features that you need to configure for your Netcore CE account.
You can access this tab by clicking on the Admin tab, and then Account Configuration.
Advanced Details
The Advanced Details section in Account Configuration allows you to manage platform-level settings that control how communications are sent, tracked, and managed across campaigns and journeys.
These settings help configure delivery behavior, tracking options, sender details, and testing utilities for your account.

| Primary Key | Email (configured value) | Defines the unique identifier used for contacts in the system. This key is used to identify contacts across campaigns and journeys. |
| Frequency Capping | Enable / Disable | Limits how frequently a contact can receive communications within a defined time period to prevent message fatigue. |
| Do Not Disturb (DND) | Edit / Disable | Allows configuration of time windows during which contacts should not receive communications. |
| UTM Tracking & Goals | Edit | Allows configuration of UTM parameters and conversion goals for tracking campaign performance. |
| Priority Mailing | Active / Inactive | Prioritizes certain campaigns in the sending queue to ensure faster delivery. |
| Campaign Slicing | Active / Inactive | Splits large campaigns into smaller batches for optimized sending and system performance. |
| Default List | Visible / Hide | Controls whether the default contact list is visible in campaign and journey configuration. |
| Image Hosting Domain | Edit | Specifies the domain used to host images embedded in email templates. |
| Default Sender Details | Edit / Remove | Sets the default sender identity used when sending email communications. |
| Test Contacts | View / Edit | Allows configuration of predefined test users used for sending test communications. |
| Social Footer | Edit | Allows configuration of social media links that appear in email footers. |
| Message Footer | Edit | Defines the default footer content used in email messages. |
| Message Header | Edit | Defines reusable header content for email templates. |
| Configure Secure IP Login | Enable / Disable | Restricts platform access to specific IP addresses for enhanced security. |
| API Mode | Enable / Disable | Enables API-based integrations with the platform for sending communications or managing data programmatically. |
| Timemap | Edit | Allows configuration of time-based sending rules or timezone mappings for campaigns. |
| Currency | Change | Defines the currency used for reporting and billing within the account. |
| Industry | Choose | Allows selection of the industry type associated with the account for platform configuration and recommendations. |
| Unsubscribe Page | Edit | Allows configuration of the page where users are redirected when they unsubscribe from email communications. |
| Add DND Domains | Add / Delete | Allows adding domains to the Do Not Disturb list to restrict communications. |
| Maker Checker Mode | Enable | Enables an approval workflow where changes or campaigns require validation before being executed. |
| Tag Required in Campaigns | Enable / Disable | Requires users to add tags when creating campaigns for better organization and reporting. |
| Paid Retargeting | Enable / Disable | Enables integration with paid retargeting channels for remarketing campaigns. |
| All Contact Enable/Disable | Active / Inactive | Enables or disables communications to all contacts in the account globally. |
| Principal Entity ID (PEID) | Change | Displays and allows updating the registered Principal Entity ID used for regulatory compliance (typically required for messaging regulations). |
Email Broadcast CC Settings
Manage settings that allow email broadcasts to send a copy of messages to designated CC email addresses.

| Email Broadcast CC Feature | Active / Inactive | Enables or disables the CC feature for email broadcasts. When enabled, a copy of the broadcast email is sent to the configured CC email addresses. |
| CC Email Address | Edit | Allows you to configure or update the email address(es) that should receive CC copies of email broadcasts. |
MLAI Settings
Displays the availability and status of machine learning models used for predictive insights and automation.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Propensity Model | Indicates whether the propensity model is enabled on the panel. The propensity model predicts the likelihood of users performing specific actions such as opening emails, clicking links, or converting. If not enabled, the system displays a message indicating that the feature is unavailable for the account. |
AI Agents
Shows the status of AI-powered assistants that provide campaign insights and marketing recommendations.

| Campaign Insights Agent | Status display | An AI-powered assistant that analyzes campaign performance and provides insights. When the feature is being initialized, the system shows a status such as In Progress along with the expected time for the models to become available. |
| Co-marketer Multi-Agent | Status display | An AI-driven assistant designed to support marketing activities by providing recommendations and automation assistance. When enabled or being initialized, the system displays the status and estimated time for model readiness. |
