Account Configuration

Account Configuration includes the domain and other features that you need to configure for your Netcore CE account.

You can access this tab by clicking on the Admin tab, and then Account Configuration.

Advanced Details

The Advanced Details section in Account Configuration allows you to manage platform-level settings that control how communications are sent, tracked, and managed across campaigns and journeys.

These settings help configure delivery behavior, tracking options, sender details, and testing utilities for your account.

Email Broadcast CC Settings

Manage settings that allow email broadcasts to send a copy of messages to designated CC email addresses.

Email Broadcast CC FeatureActive / InactiveEnables or disables the CC feature for email broadcasts. When enabled, a copy of the broadcast email is sent to the configured CC email addresses.
CC Email AddressEditAllows you to configure or update the email address(es) that should receive CC copies of email broadcasts.

MLAI Settings

Displays the availability and status of machine learning models used for predictive insights and automation.

SettingDescription
Propensity ModelIndicates whether the propensity model is enabled on the panel. The propensity model predicts the likelihood of users performing specific actions such as opening emails, clicking links, or converting. If not enabled, the system displays a message indicating that the feature is unavailable for the account.

AI Agents

Shows the status of AI-powered assistants that provide campaign insights and marketing recommendations.
