Important Points to Remember

  • We support analysis across Email, SMS, App Push Notification, Web Push Notification, WhatsApp, and RCS (coming soon).
  • Only included segment IDs are considered; excluded segment IDs are not used in analysis.
  • Similarly, only included list IDs are analyzed.
  • The subject lines of email campaigns are analyzed. WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS subject lines are not included.
  • The content of RCS messages is not analyzed. If a CTA is recorded as zero, it indicates no CTA was detected. We do not track multiple CTAs.
Note: If you haven’t added any CTA, then CTR will not be detected. The model gives less weight to campaigns where CTA is absent or engagement was very low.
  • The following key metrics are tracked for campaign performance: Click Rate, Revenue, Unsubscribe Rate, Open Rate, and Conversions.
  • When using a general prompt like "Give me campaign data for the last 3 months", the Insight Generator will only return data for the first 5 campaigns by default. To get insights for all campaigns, follow up with a specific prompt like:
    • "Show insights for the top 10 campaigns"
    • "Provide data for the top 30 campaigns"
Recommendation: Be specific in your initial request. Mention the number of campaigns you want insights for such as, top 10, 15, or 30 to avoid incomplete results and unnecessary follow-up prompts.

Key Benefits

  • You do not have to go through dashboards or spreadsheets anymore. The Insight Generator gives you a clean summary of your campaign's performance. All the important numbers and trends are already organized and easy to read. So you can spend less time analyzing and more time strategising.
  • Whether your campaign performed well or poorly, the tool explains the reasons behind it and suggests specific actions you can take to improve results next time. It is like having a marketing analyst working beside you.
  • You can get insights for all your communication channels, like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, App & Web Push Notification, and RCS. This gives you an entire picture of what's working across your entire marketing strategy, not just in one place.
  • It helps you guess how your next campaign might perform based on past data. Before launching your next campaign, you can see predictions based on similar past campaigns and user behavior. This helps you select the right time, channel, or audience to get better results.

Limitations

There are a few limitations and conditions to be aware of to ensure accurate interpretation of the results.

  • Data fetch is limited to the past one year.
  • For recently launched campaigns, insights will be available after approximately one hour.
  • Engagement and conversion data will update for up to 30 days post-campaign; on day 30, data becomes static.
  • Recent campaigns may show lower CTR and Open Rate, which may skew insights.
  • Customer data is based on a rolling 1-year window.
Example: If today is June 26, 2025, the insights will use data from June 26, 2024, to June 25, 2025.
  • Responses are generated through internal AI models. Asking "What is my best campaign strategy?" may produce varying results. This is because the analysis is contextual rather than purely statistical. Similarly, asking for "Top 5 performing subject lines" may yield consistent answers, while open-ended prompts can vary based on session context.
  • Since this is a beta version, updates will be frequent based on feedback. Use the thumbs-up/thumbs-down option on insights to help improve model quality.
