Q: Can I customize the questions/prompts?
Yes! You can type your own or choose from rotating suggested prompts.

Q: What if my campaigns are new or few in number?
No problem. The system will show industry-level insights.

Q: Where do my saved insights go?
They’re stored under Saved Responses in the same panel.

Q: Can I use this for Journeys or Segments too?
Yes. Similar toggles will be enabled on other listing pages (Segments, Journeys, Analytics). [Not current scope]

Q: If I am a new customer, can I use the Insight Generator?
Yes. Our models provide insights even without historical campaign data by benchmarking against industry standards. For example, if you're an e-commerce apparel brand with no significant data, we’ll still give insights for CTR performance based on industry averages.
