Designed to empower e-commerce marketers with deep insights into customer behavior - we are introducing a powerful suite of derived attributes - an effort towards enriching and enhancing intelligence on the customer data! These attributes enable the creation of personalized, engaging, and effective marketing strategies, driving both customer satisfaction and business growth. This document outlines the Derived Attributes available, their benefits, and guidelines for their effective use.
Derived Attributes are insights generated by analyzing user's shopping behavior and patterns. These insights allows a marketer to understand the user better and tailor the offerings and communications to meet their unique needs and preferences. The initial set of Derived Attributes includes:
- Total Orders: The cumulative number of orders you've placed with us, highlighting your engagement and loyalty.
- Total Order Value: The total amount spent on your orders, providing insights into your investment in our products.
- Average Order Value: The average amount spent per order, helping us understand your purchasing habits.
- Last Purchase Date: The most recent date you made a purchase, allowing us to keep our interactions timely and relevant.

You can now find derived attributes under

Contact Master - You could see these attributes available under the contact master
You uploading/editing of derived attributes is prohibited as it is computed in our system.
- Segmentation - These attributes are readily available for segmentation for more targetted campaigns - You will start seing these attributes under the "user attribute" section
- Personalizaton - You can also use these attributes for personalization purposes in your campaigns.
