Updating contact details for the panel
CEE admin and super users can now manage registered contact details from the panel itself๐
To make the desired changes navigate to
Profile > Account configuration & scroll down to bottom of page
For the section called "Add or Modify Email and Mobile Information for Data Export Requests"
Note
- If you are seeing error on page as "you are not authorised to view this page" if means admin user have not assigned you enough rights to access this page.
- Only admin and super user have access to add or remove email and mobile to export reports from cee platform and ability to reset, resend password to open detailed reports.
- You can add comma-separated values in case more than 3 Email IDs are to be registered for a panel. However, you can only add a maximum of 9 contact numbers - 3 mobile numbers, 3 alternate numbers & 3 phone numbers.
- Please add the contact details with the appropriate syntax. (e.g. email IDs as [email protected], contact number digits between 5-17)
- Once you are done with adding/editing/removing the details, just click on the Save button below to save the changes.
- As per data security policy, only corporate email IDs can be registered in any CE panel
- Please note that the above configuration can be done and will be visible only to the Admin & super user profiles.
