Campaign Suspension Reasons

View and manage your campaigns.

Overview

The Campaigns screen provides users a view of all push channel campaigns in one place. It displays essential campaign details, including campaign name, status, creation date, and performance metrics. Users can quickly identify the current status of each campaign such as Active, Suspended, Draft, and so on.

The page also allows users to filter and search campaigns, making it easier to manage large volumes of data. By hovering over a campaign's status tag, you can view detailed suspension reasons and suggested actions (if applicable).

Campaign Status

StatusDescription
AllDisplays the total number of campaigns, regardless of their current status.
DraftsDisplays the number of campaigns created but not yet sent or scheduled.
SentDisplays the number of campaigns successfully sent to the intended recipients.
ScheduledDisplays the number of campaigns that are planned and scheduled for future dispatch.
SuspendedDisplays the number of campaigns temporarily halted or stopped from sending.
RunningDisplays the number of campaigns that are currently being sent or processed.
FailedDisplays the number of campaigns that encountered errors during sending and were not completed successfully.

UnsubscribedDisplays the number of recipients who opted out of receiving further communications from this campaign.
BounceDisplays the count of messages that failed to deliver to recipients' inboxes due to invalid addresses or other issues.
AbuseDisplays the number of complaints or reports indicating the campaign was marked as spam or abusive by recipients.
UndeliveredDisplays the number of messages that failed to reach the recipients' inboxes.
SubmittedDisplays the count of messages that were successfully handed off for delivery to the recipient's mail server.
AMP submissionDisplays the number of AMP emails successfully submitted, containing interactive elements and dynamic content.
ConversionsDisplays the number of successful actions (like purchases or sign-ups) completed as a result of the campaign.
Opened / ReadDisplays the number of recipients who opened and read the campaign message.
ClickedDisplays the number of times recipients clicked on any links or call-to-action buttons within the campaign.

Campaign Suspension Reasons

Campaign suspension reasons are displayed directly on the campaign listing page. It allows you to view the reason without the need to contact Netcore support team. This provides clear and easy to understand suspension reasons through hover tooltips. When a campaign is suspended, hover over the Suspended status tag on the campaign listing page to view the reason.

Action: The user can review and adjust the campaign audience to resolve the issue.
