Multibot Support for CE
Manage Multiple RCS Bots for Campaign and Journey Optimization
Overview
CE now supports multiple RCS bots and you can have both Transactional and Promotional bots at same panel.
Prerequisites
- Only one vendor can be active at a time for a brand.
- To add more bots on your panel contact [email protected].
Dashboard Changes
On the dashboard, bot details now include:
| Bot Detail | Description |
|---|---|
| Netcore Bot Name | The common bot name used by Netcore across all vendors, ensuring consistency during vendor migration. For example, migration from Vi to Jio. |
| Business Display Name | This is the vendor-side bot name (e.g., Jio or Vi) and serves as a unique identifier provided by the vendor. This bot name will be seen by the end users making it easy to recognize the bot. |
Campaign Management
The campaign module reflects the updated bot setup:
- The bot dropdown now shows the bots synced from CPaaS.
- You can select the required bot during campaign creation or editing the campaign.
Journey Management
- Journey configuration now uses the Netcore bot name instead of the bot ID.
- The bot dropdown is automatically populated with the synced bot list.
- The label previously displayed as OA ID is updated to Bot Name.
Reporting Updates
Reports now display the Netcore bot name across all relevant reports. The bot name appears in the Sender ID columns in:
- Detailed Journey Report
- Detailed Campaign Report
- Summary Campaign and Journey Reports
This improves clarity when reviewing performance across multiple bots.
