Manage App Push Templates
Simplify App Push template workflows with live previews, edit tracking, and centralized management across campaigns and journeys.
Overview
We have introduced an enhanced Template Management Experience for App Push Notifications, featuring Save, Edit, and the Impact Module. Templates are now easier to manage across both Campaigns and the Content Gallery. Users can:
- View template details with live preview.
- Use, Edit, or Copy templates within the campaign creation flow.
- Track impact across campaigns/journeys when editing templates.
This ensures every change stays consistent across your App Push campaigns and journeys.
Campaign Flow
When creating or editing an App Push campaign, users can select from existing templates in the gallery or create new ones on the fly. Refer to the table below to understand how each App Push template action behaves within the Campaign flows.
Editing a template to showcase the impacted areas

The Edit action updates all the linked Campaigns/Journey without need to update them manually.

Content Gallery
Templates can also be accessed and edited directly from the Content Gallery. Refer to the table below to understand how each App Push template action behaves within the Content Gallery flows.
