WhatsApp Node

The WhatsApp action node allows you to send messages via WhatsApp. Follow the given steps to use this action.

  1. Drag & drop the WhatsApp action node on the Journey canvas.
  2. Click the WhatsApp node to set the conditions. The Action- WhatsApp screen appears. Refer to the table for the fields available here.
FieldsDescription
GatewaySelect the messaging gateway from the dropdown.
Message nameProvide an identifier for the WhatsApp message.
Business numberSpecify the sender’s WhatsApp business number.
TemplateSelect the WhatsApp template you created from the dropdown.
  1. Once done, click SAVE
