Update Attribute Node

This action allows you to update & modify user attributes dynamically that you want to use in a journey. Follow the given steps to use this action.

  1. Drag & drop the Update Attribute action node on the Journey canvas.

  2. Click the Update Attribute node to set the conditions. The Update Attribute screen appears. Refer to the table for the fields available here.

    FieldDescription
    AttributesSelect the preferred pre-created attribute from the dropdown.
    OperatorsUse the Equal to to set conditions.
    ValueAdd a value that matches the selected attribute. For example, provide an email address for the Email attribute or a phone number for the Phone Number attribute.
