No More Rebuilds: Edit Scheduled and Suspended Campaigns in One Place

Campaigns used to lock the moment you set them, so one small change meant a four-step detour through suspend, clone, edit, and reschedule, with a real chance of shipping the wrong version. You can now edit Scheduled and Suspended campaigns directly and reschedule with a single publish.

Before One small change forced you to suspend, clone, edit, and reschedule the campaign, risking duplicates and the wrong version going live.
Now Open any Scheduled or Suspended broadcast campaign, click Edit, update any field, and reschedule with a single publish.
Steps to edit
  1. Open any Scheduled or Suspended broadcast campaign and click Edit.
  2. Update Setup, Audience, Content, or Schedule in the campaign you already built.
  3. Reschedule with a single publish. Saving moves the campaign to Draft and pulls it from the queue until you reschedule.
📘Example
Your email is scheduled for 2:00 PM and you spot a broken offer code at 1:20 PM. Instead of rebuilding from scratch, you open the campaign, fix the code, and reschedule in under a minute. The fix ships clean, with no duplicates left behind.
⚠️The fine print
  • Send Time Optimization campaigns cannot be edited in this flow.
  • Saving drops the campaign to Draft and pulls it from the queue until you reschedule.
  • Inside the final 15 minutes before send, editing locks and any in-progress save is blocked.
