04 updatesWin Back Carts Before the Tab Closes with Cart Reminder
Most cart recovery tools wait for an email to land hours after a shopper has moved on, and by then the sale is gone. Cart Reminder works in real time, showing a targeted message the exact second a shopper tries to leave your site, so you recover high-intent revenue before the tab closes.
- Fire Behavior-Triggered Nudges only when a shopper has items in their cart and shows signs of leaving.
- Show Live Cart Visuals with the exact product image, name, price, and total, so shoppers see precisely what they are about to leave behind.
- Rely on Smart Suppression to switch the reminder off automatically when a shopper empties the cart or completes a purchase, so you never nag a buyer.
- Set Flexible Display Controls to limit how often reminders appear, staying helpful without being pushy.
- Open Clear Revenue Tracking to see exactly how many sales, clicks, and conversions Cart Reminder drives, with dedicated tracking built to measure direct ROI.
Every abandoned cart is revenue you already paid to acquire, lost at the doorstep, and a delayed recovery cycle keeps losing to short attention spans. Engineered to drive a 15% click-through rate and a 5% to 8% conversion uplift, Cart Reminder captures the warmest intent possible to secure checkouts before the session ends.
Navigate to Web Personalisation and enable Cart Reminder to start recovering revenue in real time.

The Campaign Insight Agent's core infrastructure has been overhauled, turning a basic query tool into a personalized analytics partner. Instead of hunting through dashboards or retyping the same filtering prompts, your assistant now works like a seasoned analyst who understands your role, your tracking preferences, and your workflow.
- Get blazing-fast, high-precision performance data and campaign breakdowns in seconds, with latency crushed across the board.
- Mention your target markets, regions, or brand goals once and let Long-Term Memory lock that context in for weeks and months, with no recap needed.
- Work confidently on a shared panel, where Smart User Recognition tells teammates apart and remembers each person's account role and channels.
- See your most-tracked KPIs lead automatically, as the agent learns the numbers you prioritize and pushes them front and center on every health check.
- Start from Data-Driven Suggested Prompts, refreshed daily, that catch real shifts in your numbers and write the question for you, such as "Why did my email open rates drop from 16% to 9% over my last 5 campaigns, and is it my audience or my content?"
The agent gets sharper the more you use it, so marketers who lean in now are building a context-aware AI asset that automates daily reporting. Skip it, and you keep retyping the same filtering questions, re-explaining your goals, and fighting manual analytics panels.
Read the documentation →Custom Day-Level DND Settings Are Here
Do Not Disturb (DND) settings used to force a single rigid schedule, so a 9 PM to 6 AM quiet window on Tuesday had to be the exact same window on Saturday. You can now choose which days of the week your communications are allowed to go out and set unique DND hours for each day to match your audience's weekly habits.
- Use Day-of-Week Selection to choose exactly which days messages can send, staying active on weekdays and fully quiet on weekends.
- Set Per-Day DND Windows so each selected day gets its own distinct quiet hours instead of one blanket rule for the whole week.
- Use the Copy for All shortcut to build a single-day window and mirror it across your whole weekly schedule in one click.
- Trust Hold-and-Release Delivery to hold any message triggered during quiet hours and send it automatically the moment the next open window arrives.
A single weeklong window forces a compromise: send at hours that annoy customers, or pull back so far you lose engagement. Day-level control ends that tradeoff, so you stay active when users are most receptive while keeping strict compliance with regional quiet hours, without dropping a single automated message.
Navigate to Account Configuration to set your custom day-level DND windows and apply them to your journeys.
Read the documentation →No More Rebuilds: Edit Scheduled and Suspended Campaigns in One Place
Campaigns used to lock the moment you set them, so one small change meant a four-step detour through suspend, clone, edit, and reschedule, with a real chance of shipping the wrong version. You can now edit Scheduled and Suspended campaigns directly and reschedule with a single publish.
- Open any Scheduled or Suspended broadcast campaign and click Edit.
- Update Setup, Audience, Content, or Schedule in the campaign you already built.
- Reschedule with a single publish. Saving moves the campaign to Draft and pulls it from the queue until you reschedule.
- Send Time Optimization campaigns cannot be edited in this flow.
- Saving drops the campaign to
Draftand pulls it from the queue until you reschedule. - Inside the final 15 minutes before send, editing locks and any in-progress save is blocked.
- Edit any scheduled or suspended broadcast campaign in one click, with no suspend-clone-recreate detour.
- Update Setup, Audience, Content, or Schedule in the campaign you already built.
- Reschedule with a single publish, leaving no duplicates behind.
- Make last-minute fixes safely, right up until 15 minutes before send.
Every minute spent cloning and recreating a campaign is a minute your time-sensitive send sits in limbo, and every duplicate is one more chance to publish the wrong version. In-place editing turns a fragile, multi-step workaround into a single confident correction.
