SMS Node
The SMS action node enables you to send personalized SMS messages to users. Follow the given steps to use this action.
- Drag & drop the SMS action node on the Journey canvas.
- Click the SMS node to set the conditions. The Action- Send SMS screen appears. Refer to the table for the fields available here.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Message name | Provide an identifier for the SMS. |
| Channel | Select the SMS service provider from the dropdown. |
| Sender Name | Specify the name from which your SMS campaigns will be sent. |
| Template | Select the SMS template you created from the dropdown. |
| Google Analytics Tracking | Track your campaign performance to measure traffic and conversion. Refer here to learn more about Google Analytics Tracking . |
- Once done, click SAVE.
