Remove from Journey

This action allows you to remove users from an active journey.

  • Journey Name – Select the journey from the dropdown from which users should be removed.

Viber

This action allows you to send messages to users via Viber. Follow the given steps to use this action.

  1. Drag & drop the Viber action node on the Journey canvas.
  2. Click the Viber node to set the conditions. The Action - Viber screen appears. Refer to the table for the fields available here.
FieldDescription
Message NameDefine the name of the message.
FromSelect the sender’s details.
Media TypeThe options include: Text, Image, Video, File.
  1. Once done, click SAVE

Zalo

This action allows you to deliver messages via Zalo. Follow the given steps to use this action.

  1. Drag & drop the Zalo action node on the Journey canvas.
  2. Click the Zalo node to set the conditions. The Action - Zalo screen appears. Refer to the table for the fields available here.
FieldDescription
Message nameProvide an identifier for the Zalo message.
GatewaySelect the messaging gateway.
OA IDSelect the Official Account ID for sending messages.
Template IDSelect the pre-configured message template.
PersonalizationCustomize messages dynamically with up to 10 parameters.
  1. Once done, click SAVE

RCS

This action allows you to send messages using RCS. The options available here are:

  • Message Name: Provide a name for the RCS message.
  • OA ID: Provide the Official Account ID for sending messages.
  • Time to live: Set the period during which the campaign is active. Any messages not delivered during this campaign are revoked. A maximum of 30 days and a minimum of 60 minutes are allowed.

Google Audience

This action lets you sync customer data with Google Ads for targeted advertising. Follow the given steps to use this action.

  1. Drag & drop the Google Audience action node on the Journey canvas.
  2. Click the Google Audience node to set the conditions. The Action - Google Audience screen appears. Refer to the table for the fields available here.
FieldDescription
Node NameEnter a unique name to identify this node.
Operation TypeSelect the type of operation. The options here are: Add users to list, Remove users from list.
Identifier(s)Select how users will be identified. The options here are: Email ID, Mobile, Both (email & mobile)
Ad Account/Ad ManagerSelect the Google Ad account for audience syncing.
Mapping OptionsMap user details such as:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Country Code
- Zip Code
Note: If Netcore’s Google Ad access is revoked, audience syncing may be disrupted.
  1. Once done, click SAVE
