Custom Day-Level DND Settings Are Here

Until now, Do Not Disturb (DND) settings forced you into a single, rigid schedule — meaning a 9 PM to 6 AM quiet window on a Tuesday had to be the exact same window on a Saturday. We've completely upgraded this flexibility. You can now select exactly which specific days of the week your communications are allowed to go out, and customize unique DND hours for each individual day to perfectly match your audience's weekly habits.

What's new?

Day-level DND gives you precise calendar and timing control over when messages reach your users:

  • Day-of-Week SelectionControl your calendar by choosing exactly which days messages can send — letting you stay active on weekdays and go fully quiet on weekends.
  • Per-Day DND WindowsCustomize your timing by giving each selected day its own distinct quiet hours, instead of relying on a single blanket rule for the whole week.
  • Copy for All ShortcutsSimplify your workflow — set up a single-day window and instantly mirror it across your entire weekly schedule in one click.
  • Hold-and-Release DeliveryProtect your campaigns. Any message triggered during quiet hours is securely held and automatically sent the moment the next open window arrives.

Why it matters

A single weeklong window forces a compromise: you either send at hours that annoy your customers, or pull back so far that you lose engagement. Day-level control completely ends this tradeoff.

  • Maximize campaign reach by staying active when users are most receptive.
  • Maintain strict compliance with regional quiet hours.
  • Never drop a message — every automated send is held and released, not skipped.
Navigate to Account Configuration to set your custom day-level DND windows and apply them to your journeys. Refer to the documentation to learn more.

Journey Path Optimizer: Power Up Your Insights

Ever wondered what's actually happening inside your automated journeys? You set up a test, Netcore's Journey Path Optimizer starts working its magic, and conversions start rolling in — but the "how" and "why" used to stay hidden. Until now. We've moved beyond static numbers to give you a high-definition view of your journey's success, fully visualized and ready for action.

Watch the new Path Optimizer dashboard in action

A quick refresher: What is Path Optimizer?

Think of Path Optimizer as your journey's intelligent GPS. Instead of a traditional A/B test where you manually split traffic 50/50 and hope for the best, Path Optimizer provides real-time intelligent traffic distribution. It automatically identifies which path (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and so on) is performing best and routes more users toward the winner to maximize your ROI on the fly.

What's new?

We've opened the "black box" to give you advanced visual analytics. Now you can deep-dive into your data with our new interactive dashboard:

  • The Unified Performance GraphSee your performance and traffic in one place — a dual-axis view showing Click/Conversion % (line) against Impression Distribution (bars) for up to 5 variants. Watch as Path Optimizer shifts the bars toward the winning line.
  • Flexible Time RangesWant to see how a variant performed last Tuesday? Or how it's trending over the last 90 days? Toggle between Day, Week, and Month views to spot seasonality and trends.
  • Interactive Smart TooltipsHover over any data point to see a "play-by-day" breakdown of exactly how many clicks, conversions, and impressions each variant earned.
  • Presentation-Ready ExportsNeed to show your success to leadership? Download high-res graphs as PNG, PDF, or JPEG, or grab the raw data in a CSV with one click.

Why you'll love it

  • Total transparency — no more guessing. See exactly when Path Optimizer identified a winner and shifted your traffic.
  • Strategic clarity — identify if specific content works better on weekends vs. weekdays and apply those learnings to future campaigns.
  • Audit-ready data — all your performance data is now retained and exportable for 180 days.
📘Note
For running journeys, conversion data will be available from 4th March, 2026.
Stop traditional A/B testing today and experience the power of real-time intelligent traffic distribution with Path Optimizer and its new detailed performance dashboard. Refer to the documentation to learn more.
New Feature

Edit and Test Templates Directly Within Journey Nodes

You can now edit and test communication templates directly inside the journey canvas — without switching tabs or workflows.

Before Validating or updating templates required navigating across multiple sections, making the process fragmented and time-consuming.
Now Edit templates inline across every channel and send test messages without ever leaving the journey builder.
With this feature, you can
  • Edit templates inline across channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, App Push, RCS, and Web Push.
  • Send test messages directly from the node.
  • Validate content, personalization, and configurations in real time.
  • Iterate faster without leaving the journey builder.
Enhancement

Inline Template Editing with Smart Dependency Handling

Editing templates is now more flexible and context-aware.

Before Editing a template that was already in use risked silently affecting live campaigns, with no clear option to branch off a copy.
Now Choose to Duplicate & Edit (safe for live campaigns) or Edit Existing (updates all linked campaigns) — always with full visibility.
With this enhancement, you can
  • Edit templates directly from the node via Edit actions or preview controls.
  • Handle templates already in use with two options: Duplicate & Edit (to avoid impacting live campaigns) or Edit Existing (to update all linked campaigns).
  • Maintain control over dependencies while making quick updates.
Feature Improvement

Quick Template Creation Flow

Creating new templates is now seamlessly integrated into the journey workflow.

Before Creating a new template meant leaving the journey, finding the content gallery, and losing your place in the build flow.
Now Launch the content gallery from inside the node and return to your journey seamlessly — no lost context.
With this improvement, you can
  • Access a "Create New Template" option within the node.
  • Quickly navigate to the content gallery and return to your journey.
  • Continue building without breaking your flow.
New Feature

Send Test Messages from Journey Nodes

You can now test communication directly from each node to ensure accuracy before going live.

Before Testing communication required setting up dedicated test campaigns outside the journey, slowing down validation.
Now Send test messages straight from any journey node to preset lists, manual users, or recent profiles — and validate everything in real time.
With this feature, you can
  • Send test messages to preset lists, manually entered users (up to 10), or recently used profiles.
  • Validate content rendering.
  • Validate personalization (attributes, events, recommendations).
  • Validate channel-specific configurations.

Feature Improvement

Real-Time Test Feedback and Error Handling

Testing now provides clear, actionable feedback for faster iteration.

Before Test results offered limited detail — it was hard to tell which users received messages successfully or why specific sends failed.
Now Get a clear success summary, user-level breakdowns for partial successes, and specific failure reasons — all without leaving the journey.
With this improvement, you get
  • Success messages like: "Sent successfully to X users".
  • Partial success visibility with user-level error breakdowns.
  • Clear failure reasons (e.g. missing data, invalid configuration).
  • Faster debugging without leaving the journey.
Enhancement

Enhanced Template Controls Across Channels

Each channel now supports tailored editing and validation behavior within the journey.

Before Editing flows and validation logic were generic, ignoring the unique requirements of each communication channel.
Now Each channel has its own editing flow, validation rules, and template lifecycle handling — purpose-built for Email, SMS, WhatsApp, App Push, RCS, and Web Push.
Highlights include
  • Support for Email, SMS, WhatsApp, App Push, RCS, and Web Push.
  • Channel-aware editing flows and validation logic.
  • Better handling of template lifecycle states and dependencies.
Enhancement

WhatsApp Template Status & Controls

WhatsApp templates now reflect approval states directly within the journey.

Before WhatsApp template approval status wasn't visible inside the journey, forcing teams to check separately before editing or testing.
Now Approval status (Approved / Pending / Rejected) is shown right on the node, and available actions adjust automatically.
With this enhancement, you can
  • View template status: Approved, Pending, or Rejected.
  • Understand when actions like Edit, Save, or Test are available.
  • Handle approval workflows without leaving the journey.
Feature Improvement

Context-Preserving Editing Experience

All actions are designed to keep you within the journey canvas.

Before Editing or testing meant leaving the journey canvas, losing your place, and navigating back through multiple screens.
Now Side drawers and overlays keep editing and testing in the same view, so your canvas position is never lost.
With this improvement, you can
  • Use side drawers/overlays for editing and testing.
  • Maintain your position while making updates.
  • Avoid context switching and workflow disruption.
Feature Improvement

Faster Iteration and Reduced Time-to-Test

These updates significantly improve efficiency in journey creation.

Before Journey iteration was slow, with frequent module switching between content, personalization, and testing screens.
Now Edit, personalize, and test from a single canvas — refine journeys with greater speed and confidence.
With this improvement, you can
  • Reduce time spent switching between modules.
  • Validate content and personalization instantly.
  • Build and refine journeys with greater speed and confidence.
