Co-marketer Journey Insights
Analyze the performance of your marketing journeys with Co-marketer Journey Insights.
Overview
Journey Insights is an AI-powered tool available inside the Netcore CE Journey module. It automatically analyzes the performance of your marketing journeys and delivers a structured, strategic report. The report covers revenue performance, analytics, and prioritised optimisation actions. You can view all of this in one place, without requiring you to manually sift through dashboards or export data.
What Problem Does It Solve?
Marketing teams often spend significant time pulling numbers from multiple screens and trying to piece together a picture of what is working and what is not. Journey Insights eliminates that effort. Key Metrics & Data Interpretation
The insights report surfaces specific metrics across three analysis packs. Here is what each metric means and how to act on it.

Key Metrics in Journey Insights
Revenue & ROI Pulse
| Metric | What It Means | How to Use It |
|---|---|---|
| Total Revenue | The total revenue attributed to this journey over the last three months, matching what appears on your main Journey Dashboard. | Use this as the headline figure to assess the journey's overall financial contribution. |
| Channel Dominance | A visual breakdown showing how much of the revenue each channel (e.g., Email, SMS, Push) is responsible for. | If one channel accounts for 90%+ of revenue, evaluate whether others are underutilized or should be removed. |
| Star Performer | The single journey node or message contributing the most to revenue, conversions, or engagement (in that priority order). | Analyze what makes this node successful — subject line, timing, audience — and apply those learnings elsewhere. |
Analytics & Funnel Check
| Metric | What It Means | How to Use It |
|---|---|---|
| Critical Leak | The funnel stage with the steepest user drop-off, shown as a percentage (e.g., Click-to-Conversion drops by 95%). | This is your highest-priority fix. A large drop here signals a broken link in your conversion chain. |
| Root Cause | An AI-generated explanation of why the drop-off is likely occurring (e.g., friction on the landing page after a click). | Treat this as a starting hypothesis. Investigate the suggested area to confirm and act accordingly. |
| Failing Nodes | A list of journey steps performing below the journey average — flagged for low click-through rate, high send volume with poor returns, or zero revenue attribution. | Review each flagged node. Consider pausing, rewriting, or removing nodes that are consistently underperforming. |
Optimization Strategist
| Metric | What It Means | How to Use It |
|---|---|---|
| Revenue Opportunity | The estimated additional revenue ($) achievable if the Critical Leak is resolved and brought in line with average performance benchmarks. | Use this figure to build the business case for prioritizing a fix. Share it with stakeholders when requesting resources. |
| Action Checklist | A ranked list of three specific, actionable improvements tailored to your journey's current performance gaps. | Work through these actions in order of priority. Each is designed to deliver the highest marginal improvement to your journey's results. |
Note
The action items in the Optimization Checklist are recommendations only. Clicking a checklist item does not automatically make changes to your journey. You will need to apply the changes manually within the Journey builder.
