Journey Insight Agent
Your journeys are generating data. Co-marketer Journey Insights tells you what it means — and what to do about it.
Overview
You can see that a journey is underperforming. What you can't easily see is why — whether it's a segment logic conflict, a failing API call, a content mismatch for a specific audience, or simply the wrong channel at the wrong time. Finding the answer today means exporting data, cross-referencing metrics manually, and spending time you don't have.
Co-marketer Journey Insights changes that. It is an interface built directly into the Journey module. Ask a question in plain language — about a single journey or your entire portfolio — and get a structured, data-backed answer with a clear next step.
The Co-marketer is accessible from two places, each serving a different purpose.
| Where you access it | What it does |
|---|---|
| Journey Listing page | Analyze your entire portfolio of journeys. Rank them by performance, compare journeys side by side, and identify gaps in your customer lifecycle — all without opening a single journey. This is a conversational AI agent. |
| Journey Analytics page | Deep-dive into one journey. Generate reports, diagnose node-level drop-offs, identify failures, and get prioritized recommendations for what to fix first. |
What it does for you
| Situation | What the Co-marketer gives you |
|---|---|
| A journey's conversion rate has dropped and you don't know why | A root-cause explanation — not just the metric, but the reason behind it. |
| You need to report on journey performance but don't have time to pull it together | A performance, revenue, or executive report generated in seconds from a single prompt. |
| You're managing multiple journeys and can't tell which ones need attention | A ranked view of your entire portfolio — by conversion, revenue, CTR, or drop-off rate. |
| A node is underperforming but the overall journey looks healthy | Node-level analysis that surfaces exactly where users are dropping off and what to do about it. |
| You want to improve a journey but don't know where to start | Prioritized recommendations ordered by impact — so you fix what matters most, first. |
What you can ask
You interact with the Co-marketer by typing a question or selecting a preset prompt. The examples below are organized by the situation you're likely in — pick the one that matches and adapt it to your journey name or timeframe.
When you're doing a routine check-in
- "Generate a performance report for [Journey Name]."
- "Generate an audit report for [Journey Name]."
- "Give me a health check across all my active journeys."
- "Generate an executive report for all journeys running in the past 180 days."
When something looks wrong
- "Why is my conversion rate dropping on [Journey Name]?"
- "Highlight drop-offs at each node of [Journey Name] and suggest fixes."
- "Which journey has the highest drop-off rate right now?"
- "Show me node-level analysis for [Journey Name] with optimizations for each node."
When you're planning an optimization
- "Help me redesign [Journey Name] with all required optimizations."
- "Generate a revenue report for [Journey Name] — where is the biggest cost driver?"
- "Compare all my cart abandonment journeys in terms of performance."
- "Compare [Journey A] and [Journey B]."
When you're looking at the bigger picture
- "Give me my top 10 journeys by CTR in the past 180 days."
- "Which journeys have the highest conversion rate this month?"
- "What is the total revenue from all active journeys this month?"
Note: The Co-marketer can recommend journey redesigns and suggest structural improvements to an existing journey. It cannot create a new journey from scratch or automatically apply changes to a live journey. All recommended changes must be applied manually in the Journey Builder.
