Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What happened to the manual 7, 14, or 28-day prediction windows?
A. You no longer need to guess which timeframe is best. The system now uses Personalized, Data-Driven KPIs automatically derived from your specific panel's historical data to ensure higher accuracy.
Note: This applies only to "Open" or "Click" recipes.
Q. Can I use these predictive segments in automated Journeys?
A. Yes, unlike the previous ad-hoc "Predictive Audiences" that had to be recreated for every campaign, these are now Saved Segments. They live in your standard segment library and can be used as triggers or filters in any automated workflow.
Q. Do I need to manually refresh these segments before a campaign?
A. No. These segments dynamically refresh their membership, like any other segment saved on your panel. This ensures your campaign always reaches users who currently fall within your target propensity tier.
Q. Which channels are supported for Open and Click predictions?
A. You can now predict engagement across Email, App Push, Web Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS.
Q. Why can't I see the "Predictive" tab in the Segment Builder?
A. Ensure that the Propensity Model is enabled for your account. You can verify this by navigating to Account Configuration > MLAI Features. If it is not enabled, please contact the Netcore Support team for assistance.
Q. How should I use the "Low Likelihood" tier?
A. The Low Likelihood to Open tier is a powerful tool for protecting your sender reputation. Using it as a suppression list lets you exclude unengaged users from high-frequency broadcasts, helping reduce spam complaints and unsubscribes.
Q.How can I prove the value of these segments to my team?
A. We recommend running a "Holdout Test". Send your campaign to a High Likelihood to Click segment and compare the Click-Through Rate (CTR) and ROI against a standard, non-predictive segment to measure the exact uplift.
