Actions
In the Journey Builder, action nodes can be dragged onto the canvas and connected to triggers or conditions to create automated workflows.
Available Action Nodes
The following actions are available in the Journey Builder:

| Sends a WhatsApp message through the integrated WhatsApp Business channel. | Conversational campaigns, order confirmations, support updates. | |
| Web Push | Sends a push notification to the user’s web browser. | Flash sale alerts, website re-engagement. |
| App Push | Sends a push notification to users of your mobile application. | App engagement campaigns, feature announcements. |
| Voice | Sends an automated voice call or voice notification. | Critical alerts, reminders, service notifications. |
| Webhook | Sends event data to an external system via API. | Sync customer activity with CRM or backend systems. |
| Update Attribute | Updates a contact attribute value in the CE contact profile. | Mark contacts as "Engaged", update loyalty tier, or track lifecycle stage. |
| Remove from Journey | Immediately exits the contact from the journey. | Stop communication if a user converts or unsubscribes. |
| Viber | Sends a Viber message to the contact via the Viber messaging channel. | Promotional campaigns or alerts on Viber. |
| Zalo | Sends a message via the Zalo messaging platform. | Customer engagement campaigns in regions where Zalo is widely used. |
| RCS | Sends an interactive RCS message with rich media and buttons. | Interactive marketing campaigns and product promotions. |
| Nudge Journey | Sends contextual nudges designed to encourage user action. | Cart reminders, feature discovery messages. |
